Location and Details:
· Vineland YMCA 6 lane swimming complex with electronic timing system
· Team concession stand will be available during the meet Each coach will receive a free concession stand coupon.
· Swim gear and supplies by Action Accents will be available for sale during the competition.
Date / Time:
Saturday, December 11, 2010, warm-ups will start at 12:15 p.m. Meet start time at 1:30 p.m.
Entries:
Big Dog Race each team selects 1 boy and 1 girl swimmer 14 or under to compete in the Big Dog Race at the end of the meet. They will be swimming 25 freestyle. No cost to enter Winning team to receive a Big Dog Revolving Trophy to rotate and must be returned and defended each year.

Swimmers may enter a maximum of three individual events and one relay. The events will be mixed with girls and boys in the various age groups with time seeded entries. Awards in each event as described in the order of events. The awards will be given based on gender and age group. Combining the events will make the meet run faster and provide the best level of competition for all swimmers.
Swimmers can swim 3 individual events and 1 relay.
Do not send a (NT) entry. This will place your swimmer in the first heat.

Awards:
Awards will be given to heat winners in the 12 and under age groups and Dog Tag Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes and ribbons for 4th, 5th, and 6th place for boys and girls as indicated in the event description. Relay awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Results will be posted in the hallway leading to pool area and awards will be given to coaches at the end of the meet.
Fees:
There will be a $4.00 fee for individual events and $10.00 fee per relay team. Deck changes and or additions will cost $5.00. There will be a $2.00 fee for programs to cover printing costs.
All teams must send entries via Hy-tek computer disk to streamline the data entry processes.
